i’m not avoiding eating entirely, but definitely eating much less. today was the most i ate and that was half of a small omelette, some hash browns, and some of a blueberry muffin. i came home tonight and my mom is making one of my favorite dishes so i’ll probably eat decent tonight.
the scale says i lost 5lbs and that’s with clothes on. so that’s awesome. i can tell in my hips the most. hope i can catch up on sleep this break so i can get back to exercising next week.

school has been crazy and so has life. i always forget about tumblr when i have time to be on here.
haven’t been as healthy as i wanted at school. but due to an emotional last night and schedule that is too busy I probably won’t have the desire or time to eat as much.
the sad thing is how i don’t have the energy to go to the gym and i barely have time to sleep enough.
